Guidance for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
How to request
- Open My Orders.
- Select the order and choose Return or Request refund.
- Follow the required steps and provide a reason if requested.
Refund process
- After receipt and inspection, refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
- Eligible exchanges are shipped according to the Shipping Policy.
Non-returnable items
- Perishable or personalised products may not be eligible; this is shown on the product page.
